The Patagonia sailing tour offers a flexible experience, allowing you to relax and enjoy the stunning landscape. You can partake in easy/moderately difficult to difficult guided hikes on land and. No specific preparations or skills are required, but a love for nature and adventure is a must.

So, the skipper and co-skipper all have extensive sailing experience. They will guide and support you throughout the journey. You will be split into 2 person teams, taking 2-4 hour shifts and keeping navigation watches, with appropriate breaks for sleep and meals preparation. From time to time, it will be your team cooking day - where you will be responsible for breakfast, luch and dinner at this day, without navigation watch. Additionally, we will collaboratively anchor, secure shorelines, and conduct landings together. Don't worry, it's all manageable - and you don`t need any experiance! This is your time for an adventure!

Our team has put a lot of effort into planning and preparing ingredients for meals during the trip. We divide ourselves into teams, with each team responsible for cooking on different days to cater to everyone. On the boat, you will find a wide variety of ingredients. The skipper and co-skipper are always ready to lend a helping hand and provide ideas for our next meals.

Selma has 5 cabins with double beds for guests - ordinary size. Once your reservation is confirmed and booked, you will receive an information sheet specifying your assigned bunk.

Certainly! Onboard, we do provide one shower that is accessible from time to time. However, it's important to note that the water supply may be limited due to the nature of our journey. We kindly ask for your cooperation in adapting and using water judiciously during your time onboard. Keep in mind that the shower is not a typical household shower but its tourist version.

Ask us for our survey / seaworthy certificates which are all kept onboard. Selma is registered as a commercial vessel, Category 0 (zero – Unrestricted), type expedition.

During the cruise, there is access to high-speed internet available (STARLINK), although it may be limited to certain hours. Also, please note that there is no GSM coverage onboard.

Yes, it is a sailing vessel that sails exceptionally well. Additionally, in the Patagonian region, strong winds are common, and we always take advantage of them with pleasure, minimizing the use of the engine to the minimum.

If you have concerns about seasickness, it is advisable to take precautions. While we cannot guarantee that you won't experience seasickness, it's better to be prepared and take preventative measures, especially if you haven't been at sea before. Don't let the fear of seasickness overshadow your excitement for the upcoming cruise.

We will respond by sending you a form that generates a contract for the journey, along with all the necessary information regarding what to bring and how to prepare. It is important to carefully read, sign, and return the contract to us. After that, within 5 days, we kindly request that you provide us with a confirmation of the transfer payment for the first installment (50% of the total cost).
